Do I really need “therapy”/ healing/ counseling?                                

When the way you feel begins to negatively impact your sleep, your job, appetite, and relationships with friends and loved ones, or your decision-making abilities, it’s a good idea to seek help.



 Is it painful?

 No. It’s pain-free, fast and effective.


Does everyone need ‘therapy’?

 ‘Therapy’? – Maybe not. But meditation and daily ‘cleansing’, YES!!!!!!

A few minutes of calmness, self-observation and negativity deletions are essential.

If you can’t do it yourself, you can get meditation tapes, there are good ones out there that can get you to the deepest levels in a matter of minutes, if not seconds.

 We pick up negative energy from other people and from our environment constantly. On top of it, we carry a lot of negativity from our past traumas and negative experiences, that determine our choices and decisions today.

 It’s like collecting trash in your house and never taking it out. Imagine how stinky and filthy your home is going to be – impossible to live in.

 That’s why it’s important to do some occasional cleansing.

 If you don’t like remembering the painful events in your life and you don’t want to talk about them, it’s hard to open up to somebody.

Go to an energy healer, who just simply deletes the energy around the trauma, as well as all the negative effects of it, and things will shift immediately, and you’ll will feel the difference instantly and the healing will take place on its own.



Should I try to just work through this on my own?

 At first, sure. That's what we all do. 

It’s easy to put off seeking out help for something that’s negatively impacting the way we feel.

Most of the time we feel and think: oh, that’s normal. Everybody has these problems. Why should I get help?


Often times we dismiss feelings of anxiety, emotional pain, relationship stress, or depression as “just life” –

even to the point of encountering real difficulty in normal day-to-day functioning.

It takes courage to trust someone with your issues, but it’s well worth it.


What does energy healing provide?

 It provides environment where you are helped, supported and not judged for your feelings or thoughts or experiences.

Energy healing helps you begin to make lasting changes without pain or effort. Through getting to the root of the issues, getting rid of them, you’re able to pick up healthy habits that make you feel good with long-lasting results.



What happens usually in a regular session? (unless you want it done differently)

 Since the needs and goals of every client are different, therapy sessions vary in format and approach.

The best and fastest way for the most efficient results:

 You describe what’s bothering you and how you feel about it.

 After listening and going into a meditative mode, I pinpoint what’s truly bothering you, what’s the true underlying cause of your issue and I remove the negative energetic charge around it, like you’d delete a file on your computer.

If you have new ideas and feelings surfacing after that, you report them to me and I go through the same process…

If all of your bad feelings are gone regarding the problem, then we are done.

If not, we continue to repeat the process until you feel good completely.

If there are a lot of layers, we might have to meet again and dig deeper…


Do I have to share things I don’t want to?

 No, of course, you don’t. But then you don’t get help for that issue, and you’re stuck with it. Can you live with that?

 It’s important to build a trusting relationship between therapist and client, but our sessions always progress at a pace that you feel ready for.

 You should be able to be truly comfortable with trusting your healer/counselor. You should be able to feel that (s)he isn’t judging or criticizing you at all.

 If he or she is not the right fit for you, you can always find somebody else, who is.


How long does it take?

Feeling good isn’t a bore, chore or snore.


How long do I have to put up with my problems and misery if I don’t seek out help?



What if I need to cancel my appointment?

 If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me (i.e. reschedule your appointment on the (web) calendar where you made it) at least 36 hours in advance of your session. Sessions canceled with less than 36 hours notice will not be refunded.


Are healing sessions confidential?

 Yes. Your privacy is important to me, so you can feel safe. Your personal information is always held in the strictest of confidence.

 I will also not talk about your personal issues with your partner!

 You’re free to stay anonymous if you want to. You can tell me you’re giving me a ‘nickname’, and if you don’t want me to see your face, we can use phone or only voice Facetime/Skype.


Can I come alone to you, even if it’s about my relationship issues?

 Yes, of course. It has very powerful results, even if only one partner is actively involved. Small changes can make a big impact. And remember, energy has no boundaries. It can help your partner without them being there.


What type of relationships can be helped?

 Any - It includes romantic partners, spouses, lovers, business partners, employer-employee, parent – child, siblings, roommates.



 The purpose of the introductory 10-min free session is to meet and for you to assess if I am the right person for you to work with.
